At California Cannabis SD, customer satisfaction is our priority. While California law prohibits the return of cannabis products once they leave the premises, we’re committed to making it right if you experience an issue with your order.
No Returns on Cannabis Products
Due to California cannabis regulations and health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products once they have been delivered or picked up.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Flower
- Edibles
- Vapes & Cartridges
- Pre-Rolls
- Concentrates
- Beverages
- Topicals
Refunds & Replacements
We will issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
- A product is visibly damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.
- Your order was canceled before dispatch or due to delivery limitations.
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Proof (photos, order number, etc.) may be required to process your request.
Exchanges (Non-Cannabis Items Only)
We may accept returns or exchanges on non-cannabis merchandise (e.g. branded gear, accessories) within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- You have proof of purchase
- You cover return shipping (if applicable)
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit) or issued as store credit, depending on the situation. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
